By downloading, installing, or using Lootic, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Lootic.
You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
You may only maintain one account per person.

3. Points & Activities

Points are provided for eligible in-app activities such as completing tasks, surveys, and other partner activities.
Point values are set by Lootic and may change at any time without notice.
Points have no guaranteed monetary value. Redemption options, availability, and rates may vary by region, account status, and partner availability.
Lootic does not guarantee any specific level of earnings or rewards.

4. Redemptions

Some redemption options may be available depending on eligibility criteria and regional availability.
Redemption requests are subject to review and may be delayed or denied at our discretion.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any redemption method at any time.
Processing times may vary and are not guaranteed.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all points:

Using VPNs, proxies, or IP masking to manipulate location
Operating multiple accounts
Using emulators, bots, or automated tools
Providing false or misleading survey responses
Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities
Attempting to defraud Lootic or its partners
Using rooted or jailbroken devices to manipulate the app

6. Fraud Prevention

Lootic employs automated fraud detection systems. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity may be suspended pending review. We reserve the right to terminate accounts and void point balances at our discretion.

7. Third-Party Services

Lootic partners with third-party providers for activities and content. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or completion status of third-party offers. Point crediting from third-party activities depends on their confirmation systems.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology in Lootic are the property of iDevAli and protected by applicable laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

Lootic is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Lootic is not a financial product, investment, banking, or loan service.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app or by contacting support.
