Delete Your Account

Lootic respects your right to delete your account and personal data at any time.

Option 1: Delete from the App

  1. Open the Lootic app on your device.
  2. Go to the Profile tab (bottom-right icon).
  3. Tap Security & Privacy.
  4. Tap Delete Account.
  5. Confirm the deletion in the dialog that appears.

Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately.

Option 2: Request Deletion via Email

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us. Please include the email address associated with your Lootic account.

We will process your request within 48 hours and send a confirmation email.

What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

  1. Account profile — name, email, avatar, and all settings
  2. Points balance — any remaining points will be forfeited
  3. Activity history — all task and transaction records
  4. Referral data — referral links and referral bonuses
  5. AI usage history — all AI tool usage and generation history

This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Data Retention

After account deletion, we may retain anonymized, aggregated data that cannot be used to identify you (e.g., platform-level statistics). No personally identifiable information is kept. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
